Sales Follow-up Scripts That Book Site Visits

First call opener

Hi [Name], it is [Your Name] from [Company]. I am calling about your request for [service]. Have you got two minutes now so I can confirm scope and suggest next steps?

This opener is clear, permission-based, and easy to continue.

If they do not answer

Send this within 60 seconds:

Hi [Name], it is [Your Name] from [Company]. I have your request for [service]. I can offer a site visit on [Option A] or [Option B]. Reply with the one that suits you.

Budget objection script

Totally fair. To avoid wasting your time, our projects in this category usually sit between [range]. If that works, I can confirm a visit and provide a fixed quote after survey.

"Just getting quotes" response

No problem. The fastest way to compare accurately is a short site visit so we can scope properly. I have [time slot] and [time slot] available.

After visit confirmation

  • Send calendar confirmation
  • Repeat address and arrival window
  • Mention what they should prepare (photos, measurements, access)

Follow-up consistency rule

If there is no reply, follow up for 3 business days max with short, useful messages. Stop after that and move the lead to nurture.

Bottom line

Short, structured scripts improve booking rate more than longer persuasive paragraphs.
